Guild name is "OMNİ"


Section 2 (object)

We're united as guild name "OMNİ" in wydglobal to have friendship, joy, trusted & have fun & to be strong in WYD GLOBAL.

Section 3 ( activity)

(A) "OMNİ" base server is server 2

(B) server 2 is the trageted & community server.

Section 4 (rights & duty as member)

(A) must attend guild activitiy ( guild war,Seige ware & More)

(B) Members must obey guild rule

(C) Members must check home page daily base.

Section 5 (constitution)

(A) Capacity - max capacity for guild will be 60 members - could be change by guild leaders

(B) Construction of guild - " OMNİ" is form by Guild Master, Guild Chief , Guild Guidance,Web Master

Section 6 (Formation)

(A) Guild Master - Face of the "OMNİ" Guild -When Master resignation must appoint replacement.

(B) Guild Chief - Assist of Guild Master. - When Guil master is not around will make decision as Guild Master. -Must get approval for new members from Guild Master - Must let Guild Master know if there is any problems in guild.

(C) Guild Guidance - Elder of the guild and must be a good example to regulare members, also help make decision on problems & have right to point out the inside problems & more.

(D) Web Master Must over view guild home page & should follow up time to time.

Section 7 (Meeting)

(A) guild meeting -Guild Master must to lead to have guild meeting in main server -once a week (Time will be announced)

(B) guild Cheif /members - Must attend to have conference and plans

(C) Guild Members

- have right to point out guild future and have right to recommand other member to join
- must be online most of time - must obey guild master - must help other guild member in troble
- member must follow & obey any panelty or punishment due to not following guild rule.

Section 8 -(Becoming a member)

- (A) member requirement.
I. must be over 18 age
II. under age must be reported to Guild Master for approval
**Guild Master have right to recurit any one with out any reason**

(B) Member Recruitment guideline

- New Member must summit application & home page for approval of guild.
- approval member will get guild medal & they have right to follow guild rule.


(C) New Members.
--onemonth to become regularity member require)
-new member will only get some money for potion & medal for first month after guild war or seige war. after one month will be decided for regulartity member or not to be a member.

(I.) cancellation of guild

- all member is free to be out from guild - but will not be accepted again (execp guild master approval)
- will rejoin with penalty of 10mil to guild.
- cancel member must take off guild medal
- any cancel guild member must returen all the guild item to guild
- any item given to guild will be keep as guild item

(II.) Ejection

1. anyone act to bad to loose guild name or fame.
2. anyone made guild enviroment to be bad.
3. Double guild member. - (execption with guild master's approval)

SECTION 9 (Medal)

(A) Ban From Guild -
-anyone hiding guild medal in cc mode with out reason found 3times will be Banned.
-dissapare for amount of time with out notice for long time.
-not show up on guild meeting for 3times in row with out reason
-any one plan to spy on us or other guild

(B) BAN Decision
-must have waring & will vote from guild meeting for ban
-Guild Master have right to ban anyone & anytime with out reason.

SECTION 10 (FUND)

guild fund to be raise 5 billion, also distribution should be adjusted to 40-50% until we reach guild fund.any win amount guild war or seige war destribution should be follow as below.

before the fund raise 50% will be held as guild fund
A] 15%- guild leader & chief.
B] 30% - equal destribute to person who attend guild war & seige war. (must attend full amount of time until guild leader announced as war is over)
C] 5%- non attend -regular guild members


after fund has beens made 20% will be held as guild fund
A] 30%- guild leader & chief.
B] 40% - equal destribute to person who attend guild war & seige war. (must attend full amount of time until guild leader announced as war is over)
C] 10%- non attend -regular guild members.

above rule applies to when ever guild fund is below 5 billion.
